Whittington Creek is a beautifully maintained West Knoxville community that is comprised of eight smaller neighborhoods. Residents will enjoy its beautiful, tree-lined boulevard, plenty of green space, and community walking trails. This neighborhood also offers residents a community club house, four tennis courts, an Olympic sized swimming pool, baby pool and play ground, and a basketball court.
Residents will also enjoy its convenient location, off of Northshore Drive, right near I-140. They conveniently to the Northshore Town Center, which has shopping, restaurants , Publix and Target. Some of the restaurants are Cazzy’s Corner Grill, Soccer Taco, and Casual Pint just to name a few.
Residents of Whittington Creek are about 15 minutes away from Turkey Creek, which has a wide variety of restaurants, including many popular restaurants like Olive Garden and Calhoun’s. It also more unique restaurants like Cru or Connor’s. Turkey Creek also has a many popular stores including an American Eagle, Anne Taylor Loft, Belk, and JC Penney’s with a Sephora on the inside.
Whittington Creek is a large neighborhood composed of 370 homes. The smaller neighborhoods include: Emerson Park, Sherwood, Tennyson Manor, Dickinson Row, Isherwood Trail, Hemingway Grove, Hillshire, and Abbey Court. Homeowner’s Association fees for the Whittington Creek Subdivision are $75 per month. Residents of this West Knoxville neighborhood attend Blue Grass Elementary, West Valley Middle School, and Bearden High School, which are all part of the Knox County School System.
