Park Place At Farragut
Park Place is a unique Farragut neighborhood with beautiful, custom-built Charleston cottages and parkview homes. Homes in this West Knoxville community offer a graceful Southern charm, with large front porches and beautifully landscaped, private courtyards. This West Knoxville subdivision also offers residents low maintenance living, with their homeowner’s association dues covering the landscaping, mowing, and maintenance of the properties. Park Place is a new neighborhood that is still undergoing development. In the neighborhood, there are currently 25 homes constructed, however, once development is complete there will be 50 homes. Construction of this neighborhood began in 2007. Residents of this community attend Farragut Elementary School, Farragut Middle School, and Farragut High School, which are all part of the Knox County School System.

It also more unique restaurants like Cru , Connor’s. and Season’s. Turkey Creek also has a many popular stores including an American Eagle, Anne Taylor Loft, Belk, and JC Penney’s with a Sephora on the inside
