If you are considering selling your West Knoxville home, summertime presents an opportune time to take care of any necessary repairs before fall and winter hit. As the end of this summer nears, here are a few end of summer repairs you might want to take care of if you are planning on putting your home on the market during the fall or winter month.
- Take care of any outdoor painting. Depending on your time and how much money you want to spend, you may or may no decide to repaint the whole exterior of your house.
