Randy & Jenny Boyd own Boyd’s Jig and Reel, who wanted Scottish music paired with the famous Edinburgh-like whiskey bars. Over the years, by buying all available malts, they built up an excellent collection of Scotch whisky worldwide—950 whiskies.
