Cruze Farm is a family-owned dairy farm that milks Jersey cows and produces freshly churned ice cream. Their ice cream flavors include sweet cream, chocolate, lavender honey, brown butter, strawberry sorbet, banana pudding, and nilla wafers. They also have red velvet, cookies and cream, pineapple dole whip, and strawberry. You can order orange dole whip at their Asbury location.

Their East Knoxville store is open from 12 pm to 9 pm daily. The Downtown Knoxville store is open from 12 pm to 9 pm from Sunday to Thursday. It is open from 12 pm to 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Visit them from Monday to Thursday, 12 pm to 8 pm, and Friday to Saturday, 12 pm to 9 pm. They are also open on Sunday 1 pm to 8 pm.
